Evinta Holidays Booking Engine
Dynamic packaging” is a method that is becoming increasingly popular among consumers as it allows them to build their own package with flights, hotel, excursions and a hire car instead of booking a pre-defined package.
JKCS now offers this capability to its existing and potential clients of Evinta .IBE.
The Evinta Holidays booking engine will enable the end user to make holiday bookings with ancillary services such as hotels, cars along with flights or booking a predefined package. The product has the ability integrate with Octopus, Travel Guru or Destinations of the world. Further it supports supplier invoice reconciliation and many other operation savvy features to staff.
The user initiates the dynamic package creation process on the IBE by selecting one of the services on offer (eg. Air, Hotel, Car). By default the package starts with Air service. First, destination and dates during which the services are to be experienced must be entered. The IBE displays the services that are available for the given criteria. Once the service is selected and confirmed, the customer is allowed to move on to the next item by selecting the “Confirm and go to next item” function.

Mobile Solution
The DCS mobile Solution is one of the most recent developments in the Evinta Portfolio designed for Airports. The Mobile Solution which is also known as the “suitcase solution” is a truly mobile solution developed for the DCS clientele.
In this suitcase solution all equipment necessary to operate flights from any counter in the airport is provided. These include the baggage tag printer, the boarding pass printer and also a laptop and a USB Modem. This solution can be set up within minutes and operated instantly. This System with its internet based technology also has the capability to handle the check in and baggage tag printing from anywhere anyplace which would be ideal for checking passengers even at the hotel lobbies.

Zhara Lite is the latest addition to the Zhara Hospitality Suite. It is a petite version of the actual Zhara hospitality suite which is designed to cater to properties with a room capacity of 75 and lower. The system is customized to suit properties of this specific size by reducing some of the existing features of the system and adding features specially required by these specific properties.
